I received my M. Sc. in Computer Science in 1997 from ETH Zürich,
and a Ph.D on secure and anonymous group communciation in 2002 also
from ETH Zürich. In parallel to my Ph.D., I pursued my studies for
the teaching diploma for higher education (graduation in 2001:
Didaktischer Ausweis/Höoheres Lehramt für Informatik). Prior
to my employment at the Computer Engineering and Network Laboratory
(TIK, ETH Zürich), I was working part-time as a software
developper at several companies in Switzerland and Luxembourg. I was a researcher
and lecturer at TIK (ETH Zurich). Furthermore, I taught since 1999 until 2004 at the Zürcher
Hochschule in Winterthur in the areas of applied networking and
security. Since 2002, I am involved in sensaco,
a company specialized in information and communication technology. Currently, I work in the security archtitecture team at Credit Suisse.
More in formation on the lectures (NetSec, WS and SysSec, SS) I teach at ETH can be found on the CSG website at ETH.
